Reorder Service. If you are a current customer and have previously placed an order with Hock's Pharmacy through our 1(800) telephone order service, you may re-order supplies by calling 1(800) 866-4997.

The information that you share with us, either to sign up for our information service or to reorder products, will only be used by Hock's Pharmacy to evaluate your needs so that we may provide you with information that is most useful and relevant to you. Tell-a-Friend
If a users elects to use our Tell-a-Friend referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and e-mail address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail and for tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact us as provided below to request the removal of this information from our database.

Minors
Hock's Pharmacy.com is intended for adults only. We realize, however, that minors may view our site and may choose to sign up for Hock's Pharmacy's home delivery program. Minors may not understand the consequences of providing information to third parties. Therefore, before a minor provides such information via our sign-up service, we require consent from the minor's parent or legal guardian.

Discontinuing the Service
